Change

When it comes to changing cat litter, in a Cat’s mind, this is a big deal! The worst thing you can do is make a change without phasing over the new one.

If your feline is a fusspot in the litter box, for best results we suggest you don’t switch cold turkey! Use the Mix’n’Switch, Top-Bottom or Side-By-Side method to give Kitty a chance to accept a new litter – each gently & gradually lets Kitty get used to their new litter.

If you see Kitty rejecting any changes, go back a step/s to where they seemed more comfortable and use this ratio for a day or so. Once your Kitty seems more comfortable, continue.

Gradually mix the new/old litter all together.
As you transition, Minx will perform better as you increase the amount in the tray.
